August 27:  FAM JAM

Ages 3 through 5th Grade
Bring your family to a worship service you can experience together!  Join us this Sunday in the Chapel for a wonderful and extremely FUN time of worship and learning.  We’ll explore the friendship between David and Jonathon and why it’s important to be the kind of friend that will point people to Jesus!  Don’t miss it, seriously, you’ll LOVE worshipping with your kids in this environment!

September 6:  Together Wednesdays Return!
4:30 – 8:00 pm
Join us in the east parking lot at 4:30 PM for bounce houses, food trucks, a surprise activity, and more. Don’t forget to bring your lawn chairs and an appetite!  You will have an opportunity to meet your child’s leaders in Harvester Kidz! For more information about Together Wednesdays, please visit www.fbch.com/tw.

September 17:  Family Dedication
2:00 pm in the Chapel
Back in the day, we used to dedicate our children to the Lord.  This event is meaningful and important!  At First Baptist Harvester, we’d like to take that idea a step further and call an entire family to Family Dedication, which means, it takes an entire family (nuclear and church family) to raise a child to know what it means to follow Christ.   Parenting is not easy, and we are here to love, encourage, resource and support you.  For more information and to register contact:  Julie Sullivan our Preschool Coordinator  Julie.sullivan@fbch.com

September 14:  MOPS & MOMS NEXT
MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) and MOMSNEXT (Mothers of Elementary Kids) begins on September 14th and meets on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month in the Chapel.  For more information contact Karen Thoma: kthoma75@hotmail.com Childcare is provided.

September 17: Salvation & Baptism Class
10:45 am – 12:00 pm in the Chapel
Has your child recently made a decision to follow Christ and is now asking questions about baptism? Perhaps your family has just begun conversations about salvation and baptism. Wherever your family is in this process, we would love for you and your child to attend our “Questions about Salvation & Baptism for Kidz” class.

This class is designed for 1st grade through 5th-grade children and their parents. However, younger and older ages may attend.  RSVP to yvonne.borgna@fbch.com

First Baptist Church Harvester

At Harvester we sum up everything we are in three words: Worship. Love. Go. We believe that we are called to worship God, love those around us, and to go into our community and the world to share the love of God.
